Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Inovona are digital goods delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping and no shipping charges.

How delivery works: After your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your download via (1) a download link on the order confirmation page, and (2) an automatic email with your file(s) attached or linked.

Delivery time: Instant, in nearly all cases within a few minutes of purchase.

Access issues: If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@inovona.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.

Re-downloading: If you lose access to your files, contact our support team and we will help you retrieve them.
