How do I receive my purchase?

All our products are digital downloads. After checkout, you will get an automatic download link by email and on the order confirmation page — no shipping, no waiting.

What file formats do I get?

This varies by product — check each product description for exact file types (PDF, Canva link, .SVG, Notion template link, Lightroom preset, etc.).

Can I get a refund?

Since these are instant-access digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I use these for commercial purposes?

Personal use is always included. Please check each product listing for any commercial-use terms.

I did not receive my download email, what do I do?

Check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us at contact@inovona.com and we will resend it right away.

Do I need special software to use these files?

Most products work with free or widely available apps (GoodNotes, Notability, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion, Adobe Lightroom). Check the product description for specific requirements.
